Beyoncé Kicks Of ‘Formation’ World Tour With Epic 37-Song Set

Beyoncé has just pulled a full-on Happy Gilmore.

The pop diva stepped up for the first shot of her Formation world tour and smashed it further than anyone could have possibly imagined.

Queen B played a long-ball 37-song set (!!!) at Miami’s Marlins Park, which was choccas with new material off her earth-shattering album Lemonade, which she surprise-dropped on us just days ago.

As Consequence Of Sound reports, Bey also paid tribute to the late great Prince by blasting Purple Rain, as well as mashing up Drunk in Love with Kendrick Lamar’s Swimming Pools and performing the 2014 remix of Crazy In Love featuring parts of Destiny’s Child’s classic Bootylicious.

Also, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Queen B also dedicated Halo to her husband Jay-Z (who isn’t necessarily the most popular dude with Lemonade fans at the moment), saying: “I want to dedicate this song to my beautiful husband. I love you so much”.

Mrs. Knowles-Carter’s top form at her debut show is bound to make Aussie Beyhive members even more ravenous for the surely inevitable announcement of Formation‘s Down Under leg.

But until that happens, you can get your Bey live fix by watching some of the fan-shot footage from her Miami concert – and checking out the official setlist – below.
